The Assault Rifle AV-135 is an assault rifle with moderate damage and rate of fire. Similar to the Assault Rifle CS-RC, and CS-IK, but deals slightly more damage per shot. The weapon also bares a strong resemblance to the real world AK-47.

The AV-135 was included in version 1.28, and was originally created by lostmydollar.

Characteristics

• Fires bullets at a fast rate of fire.
  • Can pierce through thin walls.
  • Can be ricocheted from certain angles.

It is a medium range weapon. It can be accurately fired in bursts, but quickly becomes inaccurate with sustained automatic fire. The AV-135 has good penetration and stopping power that slightly outclasses the CS-RC. When compared to other slot 2 weapons, the AV-135 suffers from its accuracy problems, and as a result other options tend to be more viable.

Trivia

• The AV-135 is based on the Kalashnikov family of rifles.
• Like all guns that were added much later after the game's release, it is not found in the campaign.
• As part of version 1.32, the gun was redrawn to be shorter. The gun's name was also changed from AV-135 to Assault Rifle AV-135.
