The Falkonian PSI Cutter is a powerful gun intended for use by the Phoenix Falkok. Its projectile is similar to the Heavy Railgun v04 CS-OneSOneK's since it is able to ricochet off walls at any angle and continue traveling for around one second before disappearing.

Location

The Falkonian PSI Cutter does not appear in the campaign, and is therefore exclusive to custom maps created with the Advanced Level Editor.
