The Mobile rO81-CS is an armored car vehicle developed by the Civil Security.

Despite it's heavy armor and weight, it can move faster than any other vehicle, capable of running over enemies. Though it's speed makes it difficult to control, allowing it to easily flip over and thus become inoperable, it also cannot climb over obstacles as easily as the Hound Walker

Once flipped, it can only be returned to its normal driving position with the help of explosives.

When destroyed, the driver will be ejected automatically. Like the Hound Walker-CS, the player can take control of this vehicle by getting close to it and pressing the E button.

In the Campaign, The Mobile rO81-CS is first encountered in Level 11 and becomes usable in Level 18.

Appearance

Its appearance consists of a body curving inward around a glass-like dome, where the vehicle driver operates. There is also a spoiler and multiple exhaust pipes on the rear. The armament is connected to the side of the cockpit. Two large wheels can be seen on the ends of the vehicle, giving the Mobile a similar appearance to the PB:FttP Jeep.

Strategy

• Enemies in Mobile rO81-CS will remain idle until alerted, wherein they will charge full speed while firing, These powerful vehicles can run the player over and keep them pinned if they are not careful.
• Enemies will not attempt to reverse, even if there is an obstruction, continuing to hold forward even if they are stuck.

  A destroyed Mobile rO81-CS

• It is possible to glitch the mobile if it hits a surface hard enough to the point that its wheels will appear above the vehicle.
• A different model is seen in Plazma Burst: Forward to the Past. This could be a Human Soldier variant of the Mobile. This version exists in Plazma Burst 2, but only as a decoration as of version 1.32.

• It appeared 3 times in Plazma Burst 2 campaign: once in Level 11 and twice in level 18.

• Unlike the Hound Walker-CS, the Mobile rO81-CS's movement is relatively silent. No motor sound can be heard.

• When the Mobile accelerates in Time Warp, whether it is in use by the player or an enemy, its speed will increase greatly, and the car will likely flip and fly across the map.
