Vehicles
Vehicles are entities that Characters are able to enter and pilot usually by pressing the E key. When inside, it will provide them with an alternative form of locomotion, equipped with enhanced durability, and often armed with their own Vehicle weapon, protecting the pilot from incoming fire until the Vehicle's Health has been depleted.
These Vehicles can range from armored cars, giant walker mechs, aerial drones, and escape pods.
Details
Vehicles are normally inactive until a Character is in control of them, the player or the enemies may be given the ability to control them, challenging the Player, or trivializing enemies in most cases. All vehicles that can be piloted can only contain a single person within them.

Vehicle-classed objects
The Rope and Crate are also considered vehicles within the Level Editor, despite not being interact-able through normal means. Barrels are considered a separate object, however.
Vehicle Health
Like Characters, Vehicles are able to receive Damage, and lose Health, when a Vehicle's Health is depleted, it will be destroyed, ejecting the pilot, and rendering the Vehicle unusable. If a Drone or Corvette is destroyed however, the pilot inside will instantly die, regardless of how much Health they had. Similarly, if the pilot loses all of their Health first, the Drone or Corvette in control will be instantly destroyed. Which would normally leave the controlled Vehicle alive, and able to be taken control of by a new pilot.
Vehicles receive significantly less damage from projectiles, but receive increased damage from explosives. Vehicles cannot regenerate lost health under normal conditions, unlike Characters. They are immune to acid and pusher damage as well, and weapons such as the Defibrillator or Drone Gun CS-Virus, but the pilot is able to receive damage from all of these sources, provided they come in contact with where the pilot is inside of the Vehicle.
TBA
- Corvettes are not able to receive damage from explosives, the projectile itself — however — will still deal damage.
- Life-Capsules will not collide with any †projectiles, nor can they receive damage from anything other than impacts from falls.
- Ropes will not collide with any †projectiles, and are fully indestructible.
†Grenade type projectiles can technically collide with these objects when the Effects Quality is set to "High", but they will not detonate.
Vehicle Weapons
With the exception of Ropes, Crates, and Life-Capsules, Vehicles can be armed with Vehicle weapons. When piloting a Vehicle, it's weapon will be used in place of the Character's arsenal.
The vehicles have their own special set of weapons, including the Vehicle Cannon, Grenade Launcher, Rocket Launcher, and Minigun. These are used by vehicles in the campaign and exclusive to vehicles by default. However, vehicles can also equip non-vehicle weaponry, and vice versa. This requires a specific gun related trigger action.
-
Vehicle Minigun: Used by Mobile rO81-CS and Drone vehicles.
-
Vehicle Grenade Launcher: Used by Mobile rO81-CS and Drone vehicles.
-
Vehicle Cannon: Used by the Hound Walker-CS.

Decorations
Due to engine limitations, some Vehicle-like assets are instead used as Decorations, such as the Falkonian Ships. Every vehicle in Forward to the Past is a Decoration.
-
Jeep: Chassis and Wheels are seperate decorations.
-
Drone
-
Falkonian Ship: Variants include a non-piloted version, and a seperate decoration that crashes onto the ground.

Trivia
- While Vehicles were first introduced in Plazma Burst: Forward to the Past, The Player is not able to control them in gameplay, although the Jeep's gun can still be operated. The Falkonian Ship is only seen being flown in a cutscene. These same vehicles, including the Drones in Level 11, are considered Decorations in Plazma Burst 2.
- In Plazma Burst 2, you can pick up weapons when using a vehicle. In Plazma Burst: Forward to the Past, you can't.
- There are 4 vehicles in Plazma Burst 2 that are owned by the Civil Security, The 3 remaining vehicles (Rope, Life-Capsule, Crate) are used by Civil Security and/or other factions.
- It is possible that almost all of the Plazma Burst 2 vehicles could be owned by the Civil Security, however that is unknown.
- All flying vehicles in the campaign contain a skin called 'Drone Controller' a Character which lacks a body to save time rendering.
